Try this - To find the direction of Magnetic Field put your right hand thumb along the direction of current and spread your right hand palm straight toward the point where you want to get the field direction... in this state your palm face give you the direction of magnetic field...

To find magnetic field direction use a different method... place your right hand thumb along direction of current and stretch your right hand palm toward the point where you want to find the direction of magnetic field, in this state your right hand palm face will point toward the direction of magnetic field at that point...
